The Kaizen Bowling website, Kaizen Bowling App, Kaizen Bowling Scoring pages, books, digital content, and related commercial pages are provided under the Kaizen Bowling brand.

By using this website or the Kaizen Bowling App, you agree to these Terms.

The Kaizen Bowling App is designed to help bowlers record games, track performance, understand scoring patterns, and improve over time.

You are responsible for entering accurate information into the app and for using the website and app in a lawful, respectful, and honest way.

The app provides tracking, scoring, and performance information for bowling improvement purposes. It does not guarantee any specific improvement in scores, average, performance, or results.

You will need to create an account to use the Kaizen Bowling App.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, you should reset your password.

We may send account-related emails, including account setup emails, password reset emails, service updates, subscription notices, and important app access messages.

The Kaizen Bowling App may offer a free trial before paid subscription access begins.

Trial availability, trial length, pricing, subscription features, and promotional offers may vary depending on the offer shown at the time.

Paid subscription access is processed securely by Stripe. Kaizen Bowling does not store your full card details.

Where available, users can manage, update, or cancel their subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

If you cancel a subscription, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, depending on the subscription terms shown at checkout.

All site content, app content, written explanations, graphics, scoring explanations, and related materials were created by Kaizen Bowling and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Kaizen Bowling Scoring system and its explanation page are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, adapt, translate, republish, reproduce, reverse engineer, or implement the Kaizen Bowling Scoring system or its explanation in any other app, website, product, commercial service, training tool, or competing scoring system without written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action to protect these rights.

You must not misuse the website or app, attempt to interfere with its operation, access another user's account, scrape or copy protected content, or use the service in a way that could harm Kaizen Bowling, BrightLife Ltd, or other users.

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove parts of the website or app from time to time.
