    Who operates Kaizen Bowling

    Kaizen Bowling is operated by BrightLife Ltd, trading as Kaizen Bowling.

    Trials and subscriptions

    The Kaizen Bowling App may offer a 14-day trial before paid subscription access begins.

    After the trial or promotional period, continued access to paid app features may require an active subscription.

    Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kaizen Bowling does not store your full card details.

    Cancelling your subscription

    Where available, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

    Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Access may continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

    Refunds

    Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the circumstances, subscription status, app access, and payment records.
